Your e-mail and name (or nickname) will only be used once, which is when we send you an answer to your question. After that, we’ll never use it again unless you ask us another question in the future.

Why do we require a name when you ask us a question? Because we want our answers to reflect a personal approach in helping you. Since your question is answered by a person, we’re pretty sure you’d like to be treated like a person as well.
