Are infant seats required for children 3 and under when riding either the Waikiki Trolley, “The Bus”, or taxis?
When riding on public transportation such as The Bus, The Waikiki Trolley, or a taxi, you are not required to have infant seats for children 3 years old and below. However, The Waikiki Trolley requires parents (or accompanying adults) to sit with their children 3 years old and younger in the middle section of the trolley for safety purposes.
It is also recommended that adults seat their children on their lap if taking The Bus or the Waikiki Trolley.
